Hi 👋 there, welcome to my website, my souls purpose and now my vocation in life is to help heal and transform people and their lives.
Any area of huge transformation can only be achieved through working with the subconscious and identifying the emotions, wounds, past traumas, past experiences and limiting beliefs we carry with us day after day.
Those feelings of “not feeling good enough”, “overwhelm", "fear", "not worthy enough” Anxious about making decisions, being seen, speaking up, being heard, confused in which direction to go in your life/business/career/relationship/job. All this happens on a subconscious level not a conscious level.
The subconscious is responsible for 95% of our behaviours, thought's, & reactions.
.As an Intuitive Transformational Coach and Healer, I work with you to identify the root cause, heal the emotional, physical & mental discomfort you are currently suffering and help you to stand in your power as the awesome, wonderful soul you are and have always meant to be!!.
I have 20+ years of coaching and years of experience supporting people through their most difficult and low times in their lives, to thrive, to find their true self and to start living their best ever life on their terms.
What I provide is different from any other coach.......... I support you through life changing experiences and a healing journey. I come from a background in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Life Coaching & Mentoring, NLP, Mindset, Mental Health, Substance Misuse, Energy work , Intuitive Connection and several Holistic & Healing modalities you will find description of below.
